Tee Tip #58
If you miss a putt, miss it on the pro side (or high side)! Amateur golfers miss 70% of putts on the low side of the hole, thus never giving them a chance of holing a putt. Give your putts more "break" or "slope" when putting from uneven greens.

Tee Tip #57
Stop beating yourself up.
I've known people to curse themselves on the golf course... alot!
It make golf unpleasant (for everyone!)
Self-love and positivity can be superpowers on the course :)

Thank you Mountain Scene for your promotion of our latest charity event

Tee Tip #56
Your lowest handicap will not come from more birdies.
It will come from fewer double and triple bogeys. It's all about our expectations.

Tee Tip #55
Always tee up the golf ball on the side of trouble…It helps you steer clear of danger and you can aim your shot towards a target on an angle away from that part of the course where you definitely don't want to hit it to!

Tee Tip #54
Believe in yourself! Sometimes, the biggest problem is in your head. You've got to believe you can play a shot instead of wondering where your next bad shot is coming from

Tee Tip #53
Putting is mostly about speed control (pace). Yes, you want to learn to read the greens and have the right line. But if you get the pace about right, youre much more likely to be able to tap the next one in! It's definitely worth spending time on this when practicing.

Tee Tip #52
Don't stick to the same club at the Driving range! A lot of golfers will hit their driver for most of the range session or their 7 iron if that's their favourite club.
We hit all different clubs out on the course so mix it up a bit

Tee Tip #51
Savour your MOP (Moments of Perfection) Stop trying to be perfect all the time… you won't be. You are one swing away from disaster. Give yourself permission to hit a bad shot. Accept it then celebrate when you hit a beauty.

Tee Tip #50
We are thrilled to have published 50 Tuesday Tee Tips which works out around 100 weeks since we started them! We thought it appropriate to give you the most popular one so far. And a good reminder for us to never give up.

Tee Tip #49
Manage your mind in between shots
Playing the ball is only about 10 - 15 minutes of a 4-hour round (depending on how many shots you hit!) What are you thinking about when you're not hitting the ball? Keep your mind positive and relaxed - you'll feel the difference.

Tee Tip #48
Every shot is a new challenge. Accept that you will have good ones and bad ones. See how good you can make that shot without worrying about the outcome.

Tee Tip #47
K.I.S.S - Keep It Simple Stupid!
Lots of practice swings? Nah, one is plenty, (if any).
Lots of swing thoughts? Nah one is plenty.
Any chance to make golf simpler, go for it! Trust me, complicating golf is not the answer to better golf!

Tee Tip #46
Stop worrying about what others think! I've embarrassed myself more times than I can count. And I'm not the only one. We all get nervous and self-conscious at times. Who cares?

Tee Tip #45
Take care of your body and your golf will improve. Work on mobility - Pilates and Yoga is GOOD for you. Get stronger - lifting weights is GOOD for you!
