Tee Tip #6
There are many fun competitions that golf clubs put together and sometimes it just gets a bit confusing to know what each one is. So we’ll start with Foursomes… 1 ball, 2 people, boy it's confusing!!
FOURSOMES: Golfers compete in teams of two, using only 1 ball per team and take it in turns to hit shots until hole is completed. Tee off alternate holes.
AMERICAN FOURSOMES Both players drive and then swap balls and play their partners shot before deciding which is the best ball to play, then play alternate shots after that.
CANADIAN FOURSOMES: Both players drive, then select the best of the 2 drives and continue playing alternate shots after that.
