Telling you our story and where we make our difference.
Tee Tip #4
The brain doesn't understand the word "don't".
If you stand on the tee and say "Don't go into the water on the left" the brain is likely to react by telling your muscles to hit the ball out left - whoopsie!
Try to focus your thoughts on where you want the ball to go instead.

Tee Tip #3
"When you look good, you feel good. Confidence with what you’re wearing is really important for you to perform your best. This is most obvious on the golf course as you just stand taller, feel more confident and this of course translates to better golf! So ditch that old golf gear that’s too baggy, too tight or that you're having to constantly adjust (which distracts you from your game) and get yourself into something that makes you feel amazing."
At Forewinds we've recently added new tops to our shop and will have 20inch skorts coming soon too. If you haven't already make sure you take a look at our NZ made golf wear in sizes 8-22 and get yourself feeling full of confidence on the course for this summer.

Tee Tip #1
Did you know that each golfer takes anywhere from 10,000 – 15,000 steps per round of golf? Depending on the length of the course (of course!) and how wayward your shots are! This increases your blood flow and gets your heart pumping… and it’s great for your mental health.
And someone just told me that every minute of walking will extend my life by 1.5 minutes so let’s celebrate a longer life… and play more golf!"
